Dimensions : 11 x 9 cm
Recipe for successful cookies :
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg
Cut the butter into small cubes and mix with the flour.
Mash the butter into the flour with your fingers and obtain a smooth paste
Add sugar and mix/knead some more.
Add th egg and continue mixing with your hands (it's fun, believe us)
Roll out the dough to about 5mm or 1 cm thick
Cut out the shapes with the cookie cutters
Arrange on a baking sheet
Bate at 200°C for 10-18 min (depending on the consistency your want : soft or hard)
