Fool's Gold looks like gold and has amusingly fooled the gullible for generations!
All that glitters is not gold! Fool's Gold is the nickname for Iron Pyrite, a natural commonly occurring mineral. It was named Fool's Gold because of its yellow colour and rich shiny surface, which caused miners to think they had found the real deal! Unfortunately for them, Fool's Gold is not rare or expensive and was the ruination of many a prospector who thought they had made their fortune.
The velveteen drawstring bag contains rock chippings which glisten and sparkle making them enchanting, and seemingly rare and precious.
An absolute classic in the field of curiosity and pranks! Why not see who you can fool?
Bag (9 cm), around 80g
