How to track my parcel ?
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Please do not hesitate to write us if you have any questions.
My Tracking Number is not available.
The tracking number for packages are generally available via the Internet the same
evening or next morning after the order is made. It depends on when the package has
been scanned.
I did not receive my order on time.
Make sure you received a confirmation email for your order. If you have, check the
tracking number of the package that can be found on the invoice. There are several reasons
you may not have received your package :
- In your absence, the package was deposited at the local post office and the delivery
man may have forgotten to leave a note in your mailbox.
- The package might have been delivered to your neighbour (see question below).
- The delivery is running late. Although rare, weather conditions and mass packages over
the holidays (especially Christmas) can cause delays and back-ups at the post office.
The tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, but I haven't received it.
It's possible that the package was left with a neighbor or the concierge of your
building. Find and ask them as quickly as possible. If you still have problems locating
your package, go to your local post office with the tracking number of the package. It's
possible that the package is there and if not, ask for a copy of the delivery sheet to
obtain the maximum amount of information. If none of these scenarios results in you finding
your missing package - contact us and we will try and find out what happened.
